- Every skyline is printed to order and finished in about 3 business days.
- 02·Shipping time
- Once finished, your order ships via UPS Ground from Roselle, IL. Transit in the continental US takes 3–5 business days after production, for an estimated 6–8 business days from order to delivery. We'll email tracking the moment the label is printed.
- 03·Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping in the continental US on every Large skyline or any order with two or more skylines, including during a sale. A single Small or Medium skyline ships for $6.99. Express shipping (1–2 business day) is available on request — email us for a quote.
- 04·International
- We ship to Canada at calculated rates. For other countries, email hello@cityskylinedecor.com — we'll quote you directly.
- 05·Packaging
- Every piece ships in a custom foam-cut insert inside a double-walled box. We photograph each piece before sealing the box, so there's a record of how it left us.
- 06·Damaged in transit
- If it arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece, email us within 7 days, and we'll print a replacement and ship it at no charge. No need to return the damaged piece.
- 07·Returns
- 30-day money-back guarantee. Return for any reason, original condition, you cover return shipping; we refund full purchase price.
