Shipping & returns
- 01·Production time
- Every skyline is printed to order. Standard pieces are printed and finished in 3 business days. Custom-engraved pieces take 10–14 business days because they're individually painted by hand.
- 02·Shipping time
- Once finished, your order ships via UPS Ground from Roselle, IL. Continental US delivery is 3–5 business days. We'll email tracking the moment the label is printed.
- 03·Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders $75 and up. Below $75, shipping is calculated at checkout (typically $9–14 in the continental US). Express shipping (1–2 business day) is available — contact us for a quote.
- 04·International
- We ship to Canada at calculated rates. For other countries, email hello@cityskylinedecor.com — we'll quote you directly.
- 05·Packaging
- Every piece ships in a custom foam-cut insert inside a double-walled box. We photograph each piece before sealing the box, so there's a record of how it left us.
- 06·Damaged in transit
- If it arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece, email us within 7 days, and we'll print a replacement and ship it at no charge. No need to return the damaged piece.
- 07·Returns
- 30-day money-back guarantee on stocked skylines. Return for any reason, original condition, you cover return shipping; we refund full purchase price. Custom-engraved pieces are made for you specifically — those are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
